SBX Off-Road Shipping Protection gives your order peace-of-mind coverage against loss, theft, and damage while it's in transit — so if something goes wrong on the way to you, we make it right fast, with no fighting the carrier.
What it covers
- Lost packages — parcels that go missing or are stuck in transit and never arrive.
- Stolen packages — orders marked delivered but taken from your porch or doorstep.
- Damaged in transit — parts that arrive broken or damaged due to handling during shipping.
How it works
Shipping Protection is offered as a small add-on in your cart. When it's toggled on, protection is added to your order automatically and scales with your order total. If you'd rather not add it, simply switch it off in the cart before checkout.
Filing a claim
If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, email us at contact@sbxperformance.com with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or packaging (for damaged items)
Please file damage and porch-theft claims within 7 days of the delivery date, and lost-package claims within 30 days of the order date. Once approved, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.
What's not covered
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout
- Buyer's remorse or change-of-mind returns (see our Returns & Refunds policy)
- Items marked delivered to the correct address more than 7 days prior with no reported theft
