At SBX Off-Road, we stand behind the brands we carry. Warranty coverage on the products we sell is provided by the individual part manufacturers and varies by brand and product.
Manufacturer warranty
Most parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty length and terms vary by manufacturer. If you believe you have a defective product, contact us at contact@sbxperformance.com with your order number and a description of the issue, and we'll help you start a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
What warranties do not cover
Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, accidents, racing or competition damage, modification of the product, or damage resulting from off-road use. Products sold for off-road/competition use are sold as-is for that purpose. Labor, installation, shipping, and consequential damages are not covered unless expressly stated by the manufacturer.
Off-road / competition use
Many products we sell are intended for off-road, competition, or off-highway use only and may not be legal for use on public roads. It is the customer's responsibility to verify fitment and legality for their intended use. Please see our Terms of Service for full details.
Returns
For return eligibility and instructions, please see our Returns & Refunds policy. In short: unused, uninstalled items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Installed, custom, special-order, and hazardous items are non-returnable.
