This website and store are operated by SBX Off-Road ("SBX Off-Road," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Poughkeepsie, New York, United States. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms in this Legal Notice.
Off-road, competition, and closed-course use only. Many products sold on this site — including but not limited to exhaust components, intakes, tuners, programmers, engine and emissions-related parts, lighting, and suspension — are designed and sold for off-road, racing, competition, or closed-course use only. They are not intended, certified, or legal for use on public roads or highways.
Emissions compliance. Certain products may not be legal for sale or use in California or other states with similar emissions regulations, and may affect a vehicle's emissions systems. It is solely the buyer's responsibility to know and comply with all federal, state, and local laws, including emissions and noise regulations. Tampering with or removing emissions-control devices on vehicles operated on public roads may violate the Clean Air Act and other laws. SBX Off-Road assumes no responsibility for illegal use of any product.
Buyer responsibility. The buyer assumes all risk and liability associated with the purchase, installation, and use of any product. Proper installation by a qualified professional is strongly recommended. SBX Off-Road is not responsible for any labor, installation, removal, downtime, vehicle damage, personal injury, or other costs arising from the use or failure of any product.
Disclaimer of warranties. All products are provided "as is." Except for any manufacturer warranty that may apply, SBX Off-Road disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any manufacturer warranties are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SBX Off-Road's total liability for any claim arising from a product or this website shall not exceed the purchase price of the product at issue. In no event shall SBX Off-Road be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
