SBX Off-Road — Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before ordering, as it forms part of your agreement with us at checkout.

Return window. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

20% restocking fee. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund. This covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Condition requirements. Items must be returned new, unused, uninstalled, and in their original manufacturer packaging with all hardware, instructions, and accessories included. Products that have been installed, mounted, test-fitted, modified, scratched, or show any signs of use will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.

Non-returnable items. For safety, liability, and manufacturer reasons, the following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Electrical and electronic parts (tuners, programmers, sensors, gauges, wiring, control modules, lighting once wired/installed)
  • Tires and wheels that have been mounted, installed, or test-fitted
  • Special-order, made-to-order, custom, or built-to-spec items
  • Closeout, clearance, and "as-is" items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale" on the product page
  • Any item returned without prior authorization (see below)

Return authorization (RMA) required. Do not ship anything back without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization. Contact us at sales@sbxperformance.com to request one. Unauthorized returns will be refused and no refund will be issued.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. Approved cases are covered by replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion and are not subject to the restocking fee — these are handled under our warranty process rather than a standard return.

Off-road use only. Many products we sell are intended for off-road, competition, or closed-course use only and are not legal for use on public roads or highways. Purchasing an item you cannot legally use is not grounds for a return.

Refund processing. Approved refunds (less the 20% restocking fee and shipping) are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
