PRL Motorsports High Volume Intake System – 2015–2025 Ford F-150 2.7L & 2015–2016 3.5L EcoBoost

The PRL High Volume Intake System for the 2015–2025 Ford F-150 2.7L EcoBoost and 2015–2016 3.5L EcoBoost eliminates the airflow restrictions of the factory intake and delivers power where it counts. Dual 4-inch roto-molded intake runners with integrated bell-mouth filters ensure smooth, consistent airflow to each turbocharger, even under load. An oversized roto-molded airbox nearly doubles the volume of the factory unit and seals directly to the hood for a direct cold air feed. The system bolts to factory mounting points with OEM-level fit and finish for long-term reliability and easy serviceability.

Performance Testing

Dyno testing on a 2018 3.5L EcoBoost F-150 showed consistent gains across the RPM range: on average +8 hp and +12 lb-ft at 4000 RPM, +8 hp and +8 lb-ft at 6000 RPM, and +22 hp and +17 lb-ft at redline versus stock. When paired with the PRL Intercooler, gains climbed to +50 hp and +40 lb-ft at redline.
